The agreement will allow Hitachi to offer comprehensive services, support and training on the critical systems of companies.
Cloudera has just revealed that it has signed a strategic agreement with Hitachi , through which it will offer customers advanced services, support and training that will enhance the adoption of its Cloudera Enterprise platform .
Within the alliance it should be noted that Hitachi introduced the Help service for Cloudera Enterprise “Hitachi OSS”, which offers a higher level of assistance in Big Data operations to its customers.
On the other hand, it has been revealed that the Hitachi `Lumada` IoT platform is based on Cloudera Enterprise , and the interesting fact that both companies will create a team of technology consultants to manage the Cloudera sales, services, instruction and implementation. Enterprise
Likewise, it has been commented that Cloudera will support the joint training of professionals and in the development of solutions that accelerate the creation of Proof of Concept Projects (PoC) in specific industries.
Yozo Ito, General Manager of Open Source Solutions at Hitachi, has indicated that “through this agreement with Cloudera, Hitachi will offer efficient and secure solutions to our customers, allowing them to solve business problems associated with data hidden in their data.”
