Hewlett Packard Enterprise will acquire a company founded in 2010 that offers various consulting services for business customers.

New purchase in the world of giants, as HPE has announced its intention to acquire Cloud Technology Partners (CTP) , a company that stands out for providing consulting, design and operational management services to companies.

CTP services are intended to offer business advice on the main cloud platforms in the market , such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google and OpenStack.

With this purchase, HPE plans to build its own consulting services business , focused on public and private cloud management as well as traditional IT.

Specifically, the company has decided that CTP is integrated into its PointNext division , which provides IT development and consulting services.

HPE has announced that CTP will help them ” strengthen their expertise in hybrid IT consulting in a fast-growing market,” and are expected to close the operation later this month.

In addition to the previous acquisition, it should be mentioned that yesterday HPE announced that it had completed the merger with business software vendor Micro Focusin an operation that amounts to 8.8 billion dollars.
